Mentoring
The Kambala Old Girls (KOG) Mentoring Program focuses on connecting through life experiences, providing a unique opportunity for younger Old Girls to be inspired by and learn from their more experienced peers. This six-month program is open to KOG members who have graduated from university or are over 21 years of age. It aims to match mentors with mentees based on career goals, "soft skill" development needs, and the mentor's area of expertise.
To kick off the program, we will host a welcoming cocktail party where prospective mentees and mentors can meet and determine if they would make a good connection. Beyond this event, we offer ongoing mentorship opportunities for young Old Girls and can assist in finding a mentor to suit individual needs. Interested participants are encouraged to register their interest and specify what they are seeking in a mentor.
Additionally, we encourage everyone to utilize the Alumni function on Kambala School's LinkedIn page to search for Kambala Old Girl mentors. You can reach out to them directly or contact us for assistance in making the connection on your behalf.
We look forward to fostering meaningful connections and inspiring journeys within our KOG community!

Finding Your Own Mentor
As Old Girls, you have a valuable resource at your fingertips: the Kambala alumni network on LinkedIn. To find a mentor, start by visiting the Kambala LinkedIn page and navigating to the Alumni section, where you can explore the professional backgrounds of fellow graduates. The Alumni function allows you to filter by various industries or specific job titles, making it easy to identify Old Girls working in fields that interest you, whether it’s finance, education, health, arts, or technology.
Take the time to explore their profiles, and don’t hesitate to reach out to those who resonate with your career aspirations, as many alumni are friendly and supportive, often willing to assist if they have capacity. If you do not feel comfortable reaching out to someone directly, remember that you can always contact us for assistance; we can help facilitate a connection. This proactive approach can lead to invaluable opportunities for personal and professional development, so take advantage of this network!
